Several real estate signs around here say “I’m Beautiful on the Inside!”  Most of these houses don’t have great curb appeal, hence the sign.  But you know what IS beautiful on the inside?  Our Walls.  The electrical is all run.  The plumbing is all installed.  Everything is roughed in and ready for fixtures, switches, outlets.  Seriously, how great does all of this look? And it’s all nice and organized and properly protected from drywall screws.  

Pro tip: Take pictures (and label them) of all your walls before you install insulation and drywall so that you know where all your utilities are.

We actually invited a few other engineer friends over so that we could show off what’s inside our walls to people who will appreciate the work we’ve done before it gets covered up.  Because really, other than the new windows and doors, no one will ever see…
